Football Recap: Barnesville Takes a Loss

Barnesville was the 24-14 winner over Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Trojans took a blow against the Rebels on Friday, falling 43-16. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Barnesville's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Coming up, Barnesville will look to defend their home field on Wednesday against Warroad at 6:00 p.m. The Trojans will be up against the Warriors' rather soft defense (which has allowed 27.14 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton, they will venture away from home to challenge East Grand Forks at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
