Basketball Recap: Lehigh Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Lehigh Christian Academy won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They took a blow against Quakertown Christian, falling 54-8. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 52-4 back in December of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Lehigh Christian Academy lost, don't look at Emma Osher. Despite the final result, she posted six points. That was a full 75% of Lehigh Christian Academy's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.

Lehigh Christian Academy dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Quakertown Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Lehigh Christian Academy will venture away from home to square off against Calvary Baptist at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Quakertown Christian, they will host The Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
