Softball Recap: Crisp County Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Crisp County can now relate to. They came up short against the Cook Hornets on Friday, falling 7-0. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Crisp County's loss dropped their record down to 13-15. As for Cook, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Crisp County nor Cook have any future games scheduled.
