While Logan County's victory against Todd County Central wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cougars skirted past the Rebels 4-2. The win continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Rebels: they've now won eight in a row.

Jonas Hayes spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on one hit and racked up ten Ks.

At the plate, Logan County's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Landon Gregory, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI. Liam Costello also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
