Softball Recap: Dunkerton Takes a Loss

Dunkerton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Janesville Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, with their most recent defeat being a 8-4 loss on Friday.

Dunkerton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Janesville, their win bumped their record up to 13-9.

Dunkerton wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 9-4 loss against AGWSR on the 28th. As for Janesville, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against South Winneshiek on the 28th.
