They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured an 8-7 W against the Collins Hill Eagles. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 7-2 win on Wednesday.

As for Collins Hill, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-14 record this season. They just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

For Collins Hill's part, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gio Vega, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI. Noe Rivas also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.
