Baseball Recap: Great Oak Wolfpack vs. Newport Harbor Sailors

Great Oak and Newport Harbor squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Great Oak had to settle for second. They fell 4-1 to the Sailors. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Wolfpack couldn't push the score so high this time.

Great Oak got a good showing from Evan Hampton, who didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. Furthermore, Hampton didn't allow a single earned run, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in April of 2025.
