Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Edgewood). They really took it to the Valley View Spartans for the full four quarters, racking up a 65-29 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Cougars have posted since January 22, 2024.

Edgewood got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Kamdyn Buck out in front who posted nine points. Michaela Mullins was another key player, putting up two points and five steals.

With the win, Edgewood broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-17. As for Valley View, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-8 record.

Edgewood has already played their next match (against Ross), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Valley View will take on Carlisle at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
