Archer came tearing into Monday's contest with 11 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.5 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Peachtree Ridge Lions as they made off with a 12-2 victory. Considering the Tigers have won 12 matches by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Archer's win bumped their record up to 16-1. As for Peachtree Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season.

Archer will challenge Brookwood at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Peachtree Ridge, they will take on Duluth at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
