It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but the Saint Joseph Jesters ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They came out on top against Bishop Conaty-Loretto by a score of 53-44. The win was a breath of fresh air for Saint Joseph as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Among those leading the charge was Grace Hentges, who scored 15 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks. Those three blocks set a new season-high mark for her. Olivia Martinez was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds.

Saint Joseph's victory bumped their record up to 9-4-1. As for Bishop Conaty-Loretto, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record this season.

Saint Joseph will head out on the road to face off against Bishop Amat at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bishop Conaty-Loretto won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Immaculate Heart at 3:00 p.m. on January 5th.
