Dion Wilburn, Buchholz's leader in strikeouts on the season, led the team again on Saturday. Wilburn wasn't messing around, pitching four innings while giving up just two earned runs off two hits. The pitching appearance was his third straight with five or more strikeouts.

Looking ahead, Wilburn and Buchholz will head out on the road to challenge Forest at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Sadly, Wilburn's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Bobcats' 11-game streak of wins on the road. With the streak broken, Wilburn and the Bobcats surely have a bit of extra motivation heading into Monday's match.
