Soccer Recap: University Comes Up Short

University lost to Portola two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Trojans came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 4-0. While losing is never fun, University can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 466th, while Portola are ranked 155th).

University's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8-5. As for Portola, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3-5.

As of now, neither University nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
