Soccer Game Preview: Central Valley vs. Oakdale

The Central Valley Hawks will be taking part in a tournament against the Oakdale Mustangs at 9:30 a.m. on Friday.

Central Valley is headed into their contest with Oakdale looking for a result a bit more satisfying than what they got in their season opener against Enochs on Tuesday. Neither the Hawks nor the Eagles could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, Oakdale's matchup on Wednesday was close up to the half, but then they kicked things up a notch. Everything went their way against Grace Davis as they made off with a 5-1 win.
