Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. Everything went their way against the Diller-Odell Griffin as they made off with a 45-21 victory. For the Titans, this counts as revenge for the 55-40 win the Griffin walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer to victory, but perhaps none more so than Elie Bstandig, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 12 boards. Bstandig has been hot recently, having posted ten or more rebounds the last three times she's played. Lillian Bowen was another key player, dropping a double-double with 13 points and 11 boards.

Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer was working as a unit and finished the game with 11 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Diller-Odell only posted four.

Despite the loss, Diller-Odell still got an impressive performance from Hailee Miller, who posted nine points.

Diller-Odell's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Humboldt-Table Rock-Steinauer didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 51-32 loss against Weeping Water on the 6th. As for Diller-Odell, they will head out to face off against Bruning-Davenport/Shickley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
