Basketball Recap: Coventry Christian's Losing Streak Snapped at Five Games

Coventry Christian had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They strolled past the Alliance Christian Gryphons with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 31-15. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 53-15 back in December of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Coventry Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ava Anders, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Kyle Hunter, who had eight points.

Coventry Christian will challenge Linville Hill and their three-game winning streak at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Similarly, Alliance Christian will try to stop Conestoga Christian's four-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th.
