Softball Recap: Kingston Gets the Win

Kingston won against Sapulpa last Saturday with eight runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Redskins skirted past the Adair Warriors 8-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Redskins have posted since October 2, 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Kingston and bumps their season record up to 4-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 7 runs in those games. As for Adair, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.

Kingston has already played their next contest, a 10-0 victory against Vinita on the 22nd. As for Adair, they will take on Kansas at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
