Softball Recap: Cass Comes Up Short

Cass was the 13-6 winner over Logan View/Scribner-Snyder when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of Logan View/Scribner-Snyder on Saturday. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brooke Sorensen made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base.

Cass now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Logan View/Scribner-Snyder, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Cass has already played their next contest (against Mercy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Logan View/Scribner-Snyder, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-6 victory against Arlington on the 26th.
