Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Belleville Mennonite turned things around against Juniata Christian on Tuesday. They blew past Juniata Christian, posting a 43-11 victory. The matchup marked the Thunder's most dominant win of the season.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Ferndale beat Johnstown Christian 42-37 on Thursday.

Ferndale's win came from a few key players Belleville Mennonite will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Deajah Chatman, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten boards. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 2.1 blocks per game. Maisen Sechrengost was another key player, putting up 11 points along with three steals and three blocks.

Belleville Mennonite's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 3-8. As for Ferndale, their win bumped their record up to 11-7.
