After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Arvin, Del Oro was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Wonderful College Prep Academy Lions 43-15. The Suns have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Del Oro to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kera Hayden, who posted 13 points. Ke'Mani Welch was another key player, putting up eight points.

With the victory, Del Oro broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-9. As for Wonderful College Prep Academy, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.

Del Oro has already played their next contest, a 38-31 loss against Foothill on the 15th. As for Wonderful College Prep Academy, they will square off against Alpaugh at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
