Soccer Recap: Sutter Finds Home Pitch Redemption Against Woodland

There's no place like home for Sutter, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They came out on top against the Woodland Wolves by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Huskies as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

They hit Woodland with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Reece Keslinger, Tori Moody, and Lily Miller.

Sutter now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Woodland, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-5.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Natomas the next time they take the pitch. Sutter will host Natomas at 3:15 p.m. on Friday, while Woodland will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
