Eastlake has gone 8-1-1 against Olympian recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Eastlake Titans will face off against the Olympian Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Olympian will be up against a hot Eastlake squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Eastlake's defense stepped up to hand Mater Dei Catholic a 1-0 shutout on Thursday. Given the Titans' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 33rd, while the Crusaders are ranked 176th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Eastlake's one-goal win came courtesy of Braleah Burris, who's now up to seven this season.

Olympian got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. They beat Mater Dei Catholic by a goal, winning 1-0. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Eagles as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Olympian's win bumped their record up to 6-7-1. As for Eastlake, they are also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2-3 record this season.

Eastlake took their victory against Olympian when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 7-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Eastlake since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
