Football Recap: Belen Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win + How To Watch

Belen had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 30.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They came out on top against the Capital Jaguars by a score of 22-14. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2024.

While passing duties were split, you can't argue with the impact Gonzalo Cano and Logan Gonzalez both made on the game. Cano rushed for 142 yards and one TD on only 12 carries while Gonzalez gained 112 total yards and a touchdown. What's more, Gonzalez racked up 25 passing yards, the most he's had since back in August.

Belen was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 272 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 192 rushing yards in four consecutive contests.

Although Capital took the loss, they still got scores from Jordan Cardenas and Ace Bachicha.

Belen's record is now 6-4. As for Capital, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.

As of now, neither Belen nor the Jaguars have any future games scheduled.
