Soccer Recap: Perry Comes Up Short

If Perry was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of A-D-M last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bluejays came up short against the Des Moines North Polar Bears on Saturday, falling 5-0. Perry were not able to make up for their loss to Des Moines North from their previous meeting back in March of 2024.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Des Moines North, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Perry will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Hoover at 12:00 p.m. As for Des Moines North, they will square off against Ames at 7:30 p.m. on the 14th.
