Immanuel won the last time they faced Kerman and things went their way on Friday too. The Immanuel Eagles really took it to the Kerman Lions for the full four quarters, racking up a 62-16 victory. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 18 matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Immanuel's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kiera Thomas, who went 5 of 10 on her way to 12 points and three steals. Thomas has been hot for a while, having posted three or more steals the last ten times she's played. Jenna Goertzen was another key player, going 5 for 8 en route to 14 points.

Immanuel was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. They are a perfect 7-0 when they've passed the ball that well.

Immanuel pushed their record up to 22-5 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.0 points over those games. As for Kerman, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-8.
