Softball Recap: Gore Comes Up Short

Gore came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 11-1 to the Hominy Bucks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bucks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 on Thursday.

This is the second loss in a row for Gore and nudges their season record down to 18-13-1. As for Hominy, they pushed their record up to 31-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Gore does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hominy, they have already played their next contest, a 5-0 win against Drumright on the 3rd.
