Beatrice extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Skutt Catholic. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 10-9 win over the SkyHawks. The victory was nothing new for the Orangemen as they're now sitting on 23 straight.

Beatrice's win bumped their record up to 31-4. As for Skutt Catholic, with the defeat, they broke their 13-game winning streak and moved their record to 26-6.

Beatrice wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 16-8 victory against Waverly on the 16th. As for Skutt Catholic, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-1 win against Norris on the 16th.
