Soccer Recap: Woodstock Comes Up Short

Woodstock was the 1-0 winner over Kell when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Woodstock Wolverines fell just short of the Kell Longhorns by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Woodstock's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Woodstock will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Marietta at 8:00 p.m. on February 25th. As for Kell, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Sprayberry at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
