Basketball Recap: Edison Comes Up Short

Edison lost against Bullard back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Edison Tigers were outmatched by the Bullard Knights and fell 58-21. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 769th, while the Knights are ranked 153rd).

Edison has traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season. As for Bullard, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-8.

Edison is taking a road trip to square off against Roosevelt at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bullard, they will take on Hoover at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
