After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Veterans, Northside was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Warner Robins Demons by a score of 9-6. The win was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Kadence Cooley was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up six earned runs off eight hits (and not a single walk). She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in August.

In other batting news, Ayanna Washington was excellent, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. Alyssa Hoffmeister was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
