Basketball Recap: Perry Takes a Loss

Perry was the 58-50 winner over Dalton when they last played one another back in February of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers took a 53-48 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bulldogs on Saturday.

Perry's defeat dropped their record down to 10-10. As for Dalton, their victory bumped their record up to 14-6.

Perry and Dalton should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Panthers (ranked 166th) will meet Dover (ranked 560th) at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Dalton will face off against Smithville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (156 vs. 313).
