Soccer Recap: Cook Takes a Loss

Cook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 4-0 to the Tift County Blue Devils. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hornets of the 4-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2024.

Cook's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Tift County, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Cook will be playing at home against Appling County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Tift County, they will face off against Colquitt County at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Colquitt County will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Tift County surely won't give up without a fight.
