Preview: Carlton vs. Cromwell
On Friday Cromwell take on Carlton at 7:00 PM. Carlton will need to watch out since Cromwell have now posted big point totals in their last five contests.
Cromwell won against McGregor last Friday with 77 points, and Cromwell decided to stick to that point total again last Friday. Cromwell put a hurting on McGregor to the tune of 77-22. Followers of Cromwell probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected five blowout victories.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Carlton lost to Ogilvie, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 8-48. Carlton's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Cromwell simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Carlton 53-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Cromwell since the team won't have home-field advantage. Watch the game and check back on MaxPreps to see if the change in venue makes a difference.
