Softball Recap: Haskell Comes Up Short

Haskell fell victim to Perry and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Maroons, falling 8-0. The game marked the first time this year in which the Haymakers were not able to get on the board.

Haskell is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4. As for Perry, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.

Coming up, Haskell will take on Fairland at 3:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Perry, they will challenge Plainview at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians' pitching crew has only allowed two runs per game this season, so the Maroons' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
