Softball Recap: Southeast Warren Makes It Six in a Row at Home

There's no place like home for Southeast Warren, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They never let the Nodaway Valley Wolverines get on the board and left with an 8-0 victory on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for the Warhawks, who have now won 12 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Southeast Warren pushed their record up to 15-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.0 runs over those games. As for Nodaway Valley, they are on an 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.

Southeast Warren has already played their next match, a 6-1 win against Murray on the 2nd. As for Nodaway Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 5-0 victory against Central Decatur on the 2nd.
