Basketball Recap: Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils vs. Marian Catholic
After flying high against Nativity BVM last Thursday, Shenandoah Valley came back down to earth. The Shenandoah Valley Blue Devils had to suffer through a 49-11 loss at the hands of Marian Catholic. The Blue Devils were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-3.
Marian Catholic's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Addy Marek, who went 6 for 13 on her way to 13 points along with eight boards and four blocks.
