Council Rock South came tearing into Friday's match with 14 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 21 points) and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 52-35 win over the Bensalem Fighting Owls. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 35-32 back in January.

Council Rock South's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points per game. As for Bensalem, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Council Rock South has already played their next contest (against Pennsbury), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Bensalem will take on Neshaminy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Neshaminy will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Bensalem surely won't give up without a fight.
