Softball Recap: Fannin County Comes Up Short

Fannin County fell victim to Chattooga and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Indians, falling 6-0. That makes it the first time this season the Rebels have let down their home crowd.

Fannin County's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Chattooga, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-4.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Fannin County is set to take on their familiar foe Gordon Central at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Chattooga will square off against rival Armuchee at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
