Soccer Game Preview: Westmoor vs. Terra Nova

The Westmoor Rams will challenge the Terra Nova Tigers at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Westmoor's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for seven straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Westmoor fell victim to Oceana and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They came up short against the Sharks, falling 7-0.

Meanwhile, Terra Nova entered their tilt with Mills on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the Vikings. Terra Nova might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by three goals or more this season.

They hit Mills with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Daniela Guterres (2), Claire Moore, and Morgan Mathews.

Westmoor's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Terra Nova, their victory bumped their record up to 10-4-1.

Westmoor might still be hurting after the 7-0 defeat they got from Terra Nova when the teams last played back in February of 2016. Can the Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
