Shadow Hills is 10-0 against Rancho Mirage since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Shadow Hills Knights will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rancho Mirage Rattlers at 5:00 p.m. Shadow Hills' last four contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Wednesday, Shadow Hills needed a bit of extra time to put away Palm Desert. They skirted past the Aztecs 2-1. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 293rd, while the Aztecs are ranked 688th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Raelyn Seacrist and Samantha Cruz scored both of Shadow Hills' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 21 goals.

Meanwhile, Rancho Mirage fell victim to La Quinta and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They came up short against the Blackhawks, falling 5-0.

Shadow Hills pushed their record up to 9-4-2 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Rancho Mirage, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Shadow Hills took their victory against Rancho Mirage when the teams last played on January 15th by a conclusive 4-0. Does Shadow Hills have another victory up their sleeve, or will Rancho Mirage turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
