Baseball Recap: South Haven Comes Up Short

South Haven lost to Holland back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Rams might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 6-5 to the Dutch, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jake Bosma made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with three runs and one double. Another player making a difference was Isaac Chalupa, who went 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

South Haven's loss dropped their record down to 20-9-1. As for Holland, their win bumped their record up to 7-19.

Looking ahead, South Haven is taking a road trip to take on Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lakeshore at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
