On Tuesday, Weeki Wachee got the win against South Lake by a conclusive 3-0.

One reason for the win was Weeki Wachee's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-20, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Riverview Sarasota beat Sarasota 3-1 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Sailors: they've now won seven in a row.

Riverview Sarasota was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 28-26, 25-13, 20-25, 25-22.

Riverview Sarasota now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Weeki Wachee, their win bumped their record up to 12-4.
