Softball Recap: Southwest Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Southwest's offense. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (15-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, their shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Southwest's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Central, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Southwest didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 31-2 loss against Dodge County on the 26th. As for Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 9-5 defeat against Washington County on the 26th.
