After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mount Vernon, St. Francis was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Landmark Christian War Eagles as they made off with a 21-1 victory. That looming 21-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Knights yet this season.

With the win, St. Francis broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-6. As for Landmark Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-13.

Looking ahead, St. Francis is taking a road trip to face off against Roswell at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Landmark Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wesleyan at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wolves' pitching crew has only allowed 1.8 runs per game this season, so the War Eagles' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
