Soccer Recap: West Hills Takes a Loss

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, West Hills was not quite Steele Canyon's equal in the second half on Friday. They fell just short of the Steele Canyon Cougars by a score of 1-0. Considering the last time the Wolf Pack couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

West Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 9-6-3. As for Steele Canyon, they now have a winning record of 7-6-4.

Looking ahead, West Hills will venture away from home to face off against Valhalla at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Valhalla's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Steele Canyon, they will face off against El Capitan at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
