It was a proper cat-fight when Gilmer took on Ringgold on Monday. The Bobcats' defense stepped up to hand the Tigers a 5-0 shutout. Gilmer might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five contests by three goals or more this season.

Gilmer has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those seven matches. As for Ringgold, they moved to 9-5 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
