Softball Recap: D'evelyn Picks Up Fourth Straight Win at Home

The home team had won the previous five meetings between D'Evelyn and Conifer, and D'Evelyn kept the tradition alive. The Jaguars' pitcher stepped up to hand the Lobos a 15-0 shutout on Tuesday. Considering the Jaguars have won 11 contests by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Myla Seda was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in September of 2024. Macie Allen was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, two RBI, and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: D'Evelyn kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 12-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

D'Evelyn's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-3. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Conifer, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: D'Evelyn beat the Lobos by a score of 11-1 later that day.
