While losing is never fun, the Huskies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1026th, while the Sailors are ranked 389th).

North Hollywood has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-8 record this season. As for Verdugo Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 12-5.
