Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Niwot). They had just enough and edged out the Mead Mavericks 5-4. That's two games straight that Niwot have won by just one goal.

Their offense was hitting Mead from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

The win made it two in a row for Niwot and bumps their season record up to 7-4-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those two matches. As for Mead, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-7-1.
