Soccer Game Preview: Union Local vs. Edison

The Union Local Jets will face off against the Edison Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Union Local is headed into Thursday's matchup hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight defeats. They lost 4-0 to East Liverpool on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, after soaring to five goals the game before, Edison was a bit more limited in their match on Monday. They came up short against Jefferson County Christian, falling 5-1.

Edison's goal came courtesy of Gage Hennis, who's now up to three this season.

Edison's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Union Local, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5-1.
