Byron Nelson extended their winning streak to 39 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Sophee Peterson. The Bobcat walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Huntington Beach Oilers on Thursday with plenty of help from Peterson, who hit 100% for seven kills and three digs and one block. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 16 or more in each of the last 44 games she's played dating back to last season.

Byron Nelson's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Huntington Beach, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
